Students' teachers relation should depend on mutual respect as a base for effective teaching and to haveit, we should:
1-Use of Descriptive Instead of Judgmental Language
As we learned that we have to focus on using descriptive instead of judgmental language means we have to verbalize students' descriptions of task, situations not to judge their characters. To do so, we must avoid sarcasm, bad words, labels and also our voice tone must have a limit.
2-Create business like climate
Learning environment in which students and the teachers conduct themselves in ways suggesting that achieving specified learning goals takes priority over the concerns. The teacher provides that environment by being well prepared ,organized ,and encouraging non threatening communication styles which let students feel that the class is a good climate for development.
